Guacamole is a tasty kick to your child. It can be prepared in a jiffy for your child either smooth or chunky depending upon your child’s likes. Avacados are heart-healthy, nutrient dense food.

3 avacados- peeled, pitted and mashed, 2 tomatoes diced, ½ cup diced green onion, 3 tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro, finely chopped 1 green chilli, 1 tbsp. lime juice, salt to taste
1. Mash the avocados in a mixing bowl.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
You can serve it to your child immediately or refrigerated for an hour.
