1. Call us immediately - It’s vital that you inform us about the accident at the earliest and intimate us about any kind of contingency or event related to your car. The sooner you inform us, the smoother your claims experience and the lower the chances of your claim getting rejected. 2. Keep Documentation handy - Once you’ve informed us about your claim, take your basic documentation out and keep it ready. This will include your license, your vehicle’s RC documents, photos of the damage and other documents as applicable. Having your documents handy will make sure you’re ready for the next step!

3. Apply For The Claim On The App - Open the ACKO app and go to “My Policies”. Tap on the vehicle you want to raise a claim for and then press the ‘claim’ option. When you apply for the claim on the app, make sure you enter all the details correctly! Incorrect information is one of the most common reasons for claims getting rejected.
